DivineTalk Terms of Use

Using DivineTalk

DivineTalk provides Bible reading, reflection, AI-assisted guidance, and community features. Use it lawfully and respectfully. Protect your sign-in account and do not impersonate others, misuse the service, or attempt to bypass access controls. The iOS app is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Subscriptions and trials

Premium features require an active qualifying subscription or another valid entitlement. Available plans, local prices, billing periods, and any trial eligibility are shown before purchase. A free trial, when offered, becomes a paid subscription at the disclosed price unless canceled in time through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple handles payment, renewal, subscription management, and applicable refund requests. Manage your plan in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Existing eligible subscribers can restore purchases in the app.

Optional support tips

Mission support tips are optional, one-time purchases through Apple. They do not renew, are not required to use the app, and do not provide Premium access or additional digital benefits. DivineTalk is a business, not a charitable fundraising organization, and tips are not tax-deductible donations.

Community contributions

You retain rights to content you contribute. You permit DivineTalk and its service providers to store, display, translate, and moderate that content as needed to operate the features you choose. Only share content and photos you have permission to use. Do not post harassment, threats, hateful or sexual content, exploitation, spam, misleading promotions, or another person's private information without permission. Good News posts do not support external links. We may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these rules. In-app reporting and blocking are available.

AI and third-party content

AI-generated text, translations, and spoken responses can contain mistakes. Verify Bible references and important information. DivineTalk does not promise professional advice or a particular spiritual, health, or personal outcome. Third-party videos and services remain subject to their providers' terms and availability.

Privacy and account closure

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. You can request account deletion in Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account, or contact support. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Apple may retain purchase records independently of DivineTalk.

Service changes and your rights

Features may evolve or be temporarily unavailable. We will provide notice of material changes where required. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Apple's standard license applies to the iOS application; these service rules explain the related DivineTalk features and community.
